Building Capacities to Improve the Competitiveness of the Caribbean Agricultural Sector

Developed a project for the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) aimed at Building Capacities to Improve the Competitiveness of the Caribbean Agricultural Sector that required:

  1. Analyzing the current capabilities of the beneficiaries agencies in delivering the envisaged outputs, and proposing the strengthening activities,
  2. Analyzing the best practices in producing and distributing distance-learning contents or courses related to the agricultural and agribusiness sector, and
  3. Designing an effective and efficient intervention mode or business model for the provision of the Regional Public Goods aimed at identifying and aggregate the training demands for the Caribbean region.
