Mark L. Bynoe PhD. – Managing Director
Mark Bynoe is an economist who holds a PhD from the University of East Anglia in Environmental/Trade Economics. He has wide ranging experience in development-, trade-, and environment-related issues and possesses strong analytical and quantitative skills. Specifically, he has been involved in a variety of socio-economic studies during the conduct of Environmental Impact Assessments, and assessing and economically quantifying climate change impacts. Furthermore, Dr. Bynoe has worked, in collaboration with Distinguished Professor Clive Thomas on assessing the Impact of Agricultural Trade and Related Reforms on Domestic Food Security, looking at poverty indicators and nutritional statistics, among other things. He has published widely in reputable journals on issues of environmental economics, trade and environmental impact assessment.

Everette C. Marciano Glasgow MSc. – Project Officer
glasgowEverette (Marciano) Glasgow holds a B.Sc. in Environmental Studies (pass with distinction) from the University of Guyana and a M.Sc. in Natural Resource Management Specializing in Climate Change (pass with distinction) from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. Since his return to Guyana he has been employed as the firm's project officer. This engagement along with his prior experience as a researcher, junior consultant and survey supervisor has exposed him to a variety of projects including socio-economic studies, Environmental Impact Assessments and pre-feasibility assessments. In his capacity as project officer Marciano has collaborated with several local, regional and international consultants and research specialist to execute projects relating to education, environment and conservation, business and finance, trade, agriculture, climate change and REDD. His administrative, planning and leadership capabilities have proven to be an asset to the firm in the conduct of national surveys, community impact assessments and stakeholder consultations and training workshops.

Dianna DaSilva MSc. – Affiliated Consultant/Researcher
Diann Da SilvaDianna DaSilva holds a B.Sc. (Credit.) in Economics from the University of Guyana and a M.Sc. (Distinction) in International Trade Policy from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, where she was the recipient of an award for the Best Graduating Student in the Master’s of International Trade Policy Degree Programme (2008). She is a Researcher at the Institute of Development Studies, University of Guyana, Turkeyen Campus, under the Directorship of the Distinguished Professor Clive Thomas. Her research interests includes; International Trade and Agricultural Development and Regional Integration and Development. She is an indispensable asset to the firm, providing outstanding economic analyses on a gamut of issues and developing instruments to market the growing lucrative investment opportunities in Guyana.

Lucieann DaSilva – Office Manager
Luciann Da SilvaLucieann DaSilva has been employed with DPMC as the firms Office Manager for just over a year. She has proven to be an asset being responsible for the management of administrative activities in our day-to-day operations. Lucieann also provides invaluable assistance to the Executive Director, Project Officer and other affiliated consultants in the execution of projects.
